Privacy Policy

• Uploaded photos and videos: Used only to generate AI-enhanced images and videos. Processed to fulfill your creation requests and deleted after processing unless retention is required for delivery, troubleshooting, or legal compliance.
• Generated results: Images and videos you create may be stored in your in-app library so you can view, download, share, or delete them.
• Device data (IP address, crash logs, diagnostics): Used for security, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
• Device-linked profile: Device identifiers, session tokens, credit balance, purchase history, and creation task history. No username or password is required to start using the app.
• Feedback (optional): If you contact us through the in-app Feedback section, we may collect the message, optional screenshots or photos you attach, and basic device information needed to investigate your report.
• App permissions: We may request access to your photo library or camera only when you choose to upload images or videos for generation. On Android, the system Photo Picker is used where available so broad gallery access is not required. You can manage permissions in your device Settings.

• Uploaded photos and videos are used only to generate the creative content requested by you, including AI-enhanced portraits, styled images, and image-to-video results.
• We do not use uploaded images for facial recognition, identity verification, user profiling, or biometric analysis.
• We do not create or retain facial templates, facial geometry, or biometric identifiers.
• We do not use uploaded images for advertising, marketing, or AI model training.

Our app allows users to voluntarily upload portrait photos to generate AI-created images and videos.

• We do not perform facial recognition, identity verification, biometric authentication, or face matching.
• We do not extract, generate, store, or retain biometric identifiers, facial templates, facial geometry, or any information used to uniquely identify an individual.
• Uploaded portrait images are used solely to complete the image or video generation requested by you.
• Uploaded source images are processed only on servers operated by us and are automatically deleted immediately after successful processing.
• Generated images and videos remain available only in your library until deleted by you.
• We do not sell, rent, license, disclose, or share face data or uploaded portrait images with any third-party AI service.

We use collected information only to operate the Service, fulfill your generation requests, maintain account-linked credits and purchase records, provide customer support, maintain security, comply with law, and improve user experience.

We may use aggregated or de-identified data to understand feature usage and improve performance. This data does not identify you personally.

Apple App Store and Google Play process purchases and subscriptions under their own privacy policies.

• Anonymous crash reports and diagnostics may be processed by service providers for stability improvements.
• Attribution and analytics partners may receive limited, non-content device or campaign data to measure app installs and performance.
• Uploaded portrait images are processed exclusively on servers operated by us.
• No uploaded face images, biometric information, or face data are transmitted to any third-party AI service.
• We do not sell or share face data with advertisers or data brokers.

Uploaded photos and videos are retained only for the time necessary to complete the requested generation task.

Source images are automatically deleted immediately after successful processing. Generated images and videos remain in your library until deleted by you.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

You can delete individual works from your in-app library, request account-related data deletion, or contact us using the channels below. We will respond within a reasonable time as required by applicable law.

• Age restriction: VelvetFrame is not intended for users under 18 (or the minimum digital consent age in your jurisdiction).
• International transfers: Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, with appropriate safeguards where required.
• Policy updates: We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after updates may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
